Payment and Terms
If you have obtained the knock-down on your auction
candidate, you will be given a small present as well as
the buyers form. When the form has been filled out,
you can receive your invoice and pay for the horse in
the auction office. As soon as the payment has been
balanced you may pick up your horse at the auction
grounds.
Versicherung
Der Versicherungsschutz Ihres Pferdes beginnt am
Tag des Zuschlags auf der Auktion und läuft nach
acht Wochen (56 Tagen) ab. Details zum Versicherungsschutz
entnehmen Sie bitte der Seite 99.
Insurance
The insurance coverage of your horse begins on the
auction-day and has a run time of eight weeks (56
days). Please find the details of the insurance on page
99.
Mehrwertsteuer
Die Mehrwertsteuer kann im Falle der Ausfuhr unter
bestimmten Voraussetzungen erstattet werden.

VAT
The VAT may be eligible to be refunded under certain
given circumstances. In the terms and conditions on
page 104 you find more information on the reimbursement
of the VAT. If you have any questions please
contact the auction office.
Kundendienst nach der Auktion
Ihr Pferd kann bis zu einer Woche nach der Auktion
ohne weitere Kosten im Westfälischen Pferdezentrum
verbleiben. Gerne können wir auch den Transport
des Pferdes zu Ihnen nach Hause organisieren.
Wenn Sie nach der Auktion weitere Betreuung
rund um das Pferd in Anspruch nehmen möchten,
kontaktieren Sie uns gerne.
After-Sales-Service
Your horse may remain at the centre free of charge for
one week after the auction. We are happy to arrange
the transport of your horse to any home worldwide. If
you would like to use any further after sale service
concerning your horse, please do not hesitate to contact
the sales managers.
